Tim Upschulte

Prior to joining the AFS team in early 2026, Tim spent several years working in vacation and solar loan servicing. He enjoys building relationships and helping clients find solutions that support their growth and success.

Outside of the office, Tim enjoys playing golf, playing guitar, and watching sports (mainly the Kansas City Chiefs and the Portland Trail Blazers). His favorite quote is “Life’s a race, and I’m in it to win it.”
