The most recent Gallup poll shows that small business owners are more optimistic than ever in regards to being able to secure credits and loans for their businesses. The Gallup Small Business Index is a poll that measures the ratings that small business owners provide about themselves in regards to their overall financial status, cash flow, revenue, employment situation, and the ease at which they can obtain credit.
